Welcome! I am dedicated to providing compassionate and professional therapy services. I am a counsellor and psychotherapist with a Masters in Counselling Psychology degree from McGill University, and a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. In addition to supporting general mental health concerns, I have a special interest in working with adults and couples as they navigate their relationships and life transitions, with a specific focus on perinatal mental health.
